Mission Statement

South Coast Horizons is devoted to providing independence through loving home environments, life skills education and community-based inclusion for adults with a wide range of disabilities. We support the rights of these individuals to access and participate in all aspects of their community by partnering with individuals, families, and community members. These Partnerships help our clients be engaged and know they are productive members of their communities.
